Greek Tourism Awards

Under the project for the “Promotion of the Tourist Region of Western Greece” the 2009 Tourism Awards were held in Patras. This is the first time these awards have been held to honour the enterprises, institutions and personalities that have contributed to helping tourism in western Greece.

The awards will be held in subsequent years and are the first to be organized by a state institution underlining the importance of tourism to the Greek economy.
